To adopt the draft denial resolution. <br />2. MN§15.99 Application Deadline. The application was received on July 19; and was <br />considered as complete on July 31, 2017. Therefore, the 60 -Day review period expires on <br />September 29, 2017. <br />3. Background. The City Council reviewed and denied this request at the September 11' meeting. <br />Staff was directed to draft a resolution with findings for denial. The draft resolution is attached. <br />4. Public Comment. No additional comments from the public have been received. <br />5. Staff Recommendation.
