CITY OF ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT <br />Be it resolved that ORONO POLICE DEPARTMENT enters into a grant agreement with the <br />Minnesota Department of Public Safety, Office of Traffic Safety for the project entitled <br />2018 Toward Zero Deaths (TZD) Enforcement <br />During the period from October 1, 2017 through September 30, 2018 <br />Chief Correy Farniok is hereby authorized to execute such agreements and amendments as are <br />necessary to implement the project on behalf of ORONO POLICE DEPARTMENT. <br />Be it further resolved that Chief Correy Farniok is hereby authorized to be the fiscal agent and <br />administer this grant on behalf of Orono Police Department. <br />I certify that the above resolution was adopted by the City Council of Orono, Minnesota on <br />September 25, 2017. <br />SIGNED: <br />(Signature) <br />Chief of Police <br />WITNESSETH: <br />(Signature) <br />Mayor <br />(Title) (Title) <br />(Date) (Date) <br />
