Uses evaluated included for -sale multifamily housing, <br />(651) 322-2051 <br />general occupancy rental housing, senior housing, office, and re- <br />(952) 472-0604 <br />tail. The analysis concluded with an assessment of the number <br />Completed: October 2016 <br />of new housing units and the amount of new commercial space <br />Completed: June 2013 <br />that could be supported in the Downtown area. Recommenda- <br />tions for a strategic implementation guide were provided. <br />Client: City of Edina <br />Maxfield Research was engaged by Peter Musty LLC to be part of <br />a consulting team to prepare a small area plan for the <br />Contact: Peter Musty <br />Wooddale/Valley View area of Edina, Minnesota.
