Maxfield Research & Consulting LLC <br />Research that breaks ground.... <br />General Background <br />As a former city planner and commercial real estate professional, Joe <br />has nearly 20 years of experience in the research, analysis and <br />presentation of data relevant to the real estate industry. He has <br />expertise in commercial real estate, housing, city planning, Geographic <br />Information Systems mapping and demographic analysis. <br />Prior to joining Maxfield Research, Joe was a member of the national <br />research team for Cushman & Wakefield, one of the world's largest <br />commercial real estate firms. In this role, he conducted research and <br />analyses focusing on the office, industrial and retail real estate <br />markets in the Twin Cities Metropolitan Area. Before joining the <br />commercial real estate industry, Joe was a planner for the following <br />organizations: City of Columbia Heights, Minnesota; Arrowhead <br />Regional Development Commission in Duluth, Minnesota; and, Peoria <br />County, Illinois.
