Specifically, Loucks selected and designed the mall's decorative brick paving, lighting, <br />street furnishings, and landscaping. <br />Located between Cedar and Wabasha, Seventh Place Mall is home to Seventh Place Market, a popular <br />extension of the Saint Paul Farmer's Market.
