CENTRAL PARK BAND SHELL <br />Red Wing, MN <br />PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br />:■ LOUCKS <br />AT -A -G LANCE <br />• Attractive and functional venue for community <br />events <br />• Red Wing's "Community Living Room" <br />• Site was the original location of Hamline <br />University <br />Loucks staff prepared a concept plan and construction documents for site improvements for development of <br />the Central Park Band Shell in Red Wing. The design of the structure focused on creating an attractive and <br />functional venue for community events, which complimented the surrounding buildings.
