Matt Mullins <br />Market Research <br />Matt brings over 18 years of real estate consulting and advisory <br />service experience to Maxfield Research Inc. Matt has managed <br />and directed real estate analysis projects locally, regionally and <br />nationally for a broad spectrum of private and public -sector <br />clients. Matt will provide an analysis of the market draw to the <br />Navarre area with an overview of the types of uses that may be <br />attracted to this area. His work will address the assumed effects <br />of external forces (physical, social, economic, and political) on <br />the future of the local community. Matt frequently presents real <br />estate findings and emerging trends to public sector entities <br />and professional trade organizations. <br />Joe Hollman <br />Market Analyst <br />As a former city planner and commercial real estate <br />professional, Joe has been with Maxfield almost 5 years <br />bringing with him experience in research, analysis and <br />presentation of data relevant to the real estate industry. He has <br />expertise in commercial real estate, housing, city planning, <br />Geographic Information Systems mapping and demographic <br />analysis.
