Task 3.2 Staff Meetings <br />Our team will work closely with city staff throughout the project process. We <br />will meet with city staff after each of the public engagements to share what we <br />have heard and how to incorporate comments into the plan. Meeting minutes <br />will be created to include in the project file for future reference <br />Task 3.3 City Council and Planning Commission Meetings <br />Our proposal includes attending one (1) Planning Commission and one (1) City <br />Council meeting to present a final plan. <br />DELIVERABLES <br />• Coordinate public outreach and meetings <br />• Prepare notes from the meetings for the project file <br />• Attend one Planning Commission and City Council meeting <br />TASK 4: PLANS <br />TASK 4.1 Plan Refinements <br />Throughout the project Loucks' will refine the base plan to include the ideas <br />and issues that arise during the process. As the refinements are added, we will <br />begin to see certain patterns that will help shape the final outcome. The <br />refinements may create different development scenarios, each of which will <br />need to be narrowed down to a final plan. Plan refinements will also include the <br />addition of public amenities and streetscape design elements. <br />TASK 4.2 Final Plan <br />Our team will incorporate the revisions identified during the project process <br />and develop the final plan. Creating excitement and clarity is a key component <br />to this planning effort. We will work with the city to identify key areas for <br />development and community gathering spaces which will give stakeholders and <br />citizens a more realistic view of the development opportunities and allow them <br />to easily understand the proposed improvements. <br />TASK 4.3 Implementation/Action Steps <br />Loucks will prepare a summary of the project process and analysis which led to <br />the Final Plan.
