Purpose. To recognize Doug Reeder for his services to the City of Orono. <br />2. Background. Doug Reeder has been serving the City of Orono since February 23, 2017 as Interim <br />City Administrator. The Orono City Council hired Doug to serve as Interim City Administrator for the <br />duration of the search for a new City Administrator. The search had concluded and Dustin Rief was <br />appointed the new City Administrator at the June 26' Council meeting. Doug has been gracious enough <br />to assist the new City Administrator for a short time. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Motion to adopt A Resolution of Appreciation to Doug Reeder for his service to the City of Orono. <br />Exhibits <br />Exhibit A.
