One (1) set of drawings (included in specifications) and specifications will be furnished to the <br /> Contractors. Specifications are available in the office of: <br /> MR. RICHARD A. GROBOVSKY <br /> AMBE LTD. <br /> 4445 WEST 77TH STREET <br /> SUITE 105 <br /> MINNEAPOLIS, MN 55435 <br /> Omissions from the drawing or specifications or the misdescription of detail or work which <br /> are manifestly necessary to carry out the intent of the drawing and specifications, of which <br /> ' are customarily performed shall not relieve the Contractor from performing such omitted or <br /> misdescribed detail of the work, but they shall be performed as fully and correctly set forth <br /> and described in the drawing and specifications. <br /> CONTRACTOR SUBMITTALS <br /> ' SP-2 SHOP DRAWING, PROJECT DATA AND SAMPLES: <br /> 1. DRAWINGS, SCHEDULES. ETC. shall be prepared especially for, and <br /> pertinent to, this project containing only data applicable thereto <br /> Manufacturer's standard catalogs or submittal data not completely edited <br /> ' accordingly will not be accepted for checking. <br /> 2. IDENTIFICATION: - Materials and schedules. etc., shall be properly identified <br /> ' by specification number and shall bear the stamp of approval of Contractor. <br /> They shall be accompanied by a submittal Form listing and dating the <br /> submitted data in sets. Submit 4 copies of each of them. <br /> ' SPECIALTY: CONTRACTOR <br /> ' SP-21 The Contractor shall be experienced in Built-Up Roof Systems and Shingles. Prior to <br /> award, the Contractor shall submit the following as proof of his experience: <br /> ' 1. List of three previous contracts on built-up roof installation, together with <br /> names, phone numbers of the purchases of the service and location of the <br /> work. The minimum size of each project submitted shall be 25,000 square <br /> feet of new built-up roof installation. One of the projects shall have been <br /> done while the building was occupied. <br /> 2. Briefly describe the work procedures used in accomplishing the above work. <br /> 3. The Contractor-shall briefly but concisely describe what procedures would be <br /> ' used on this project in order to comply with OSHA regulations. <br /> ' 21 <br />
