Purpose. Approval of compensation adjustments for two part-time employees who are scanning the <br />city files to reduce our file storage <br />2. Background. For the last several years the city has employed two part time employees who are <br />budgeted to work 1000 hours per year to put our files on microfiche. They have not received a salary <br />increase since they started in 2015. The current salary is $10 per hour and the proposal is to increase their <br />salary to $11 per hour effective July 1, 2017 <br />3. Project Cost. $500 <br />4. Funding. Sufficient funds are budgeted to cover this expense. <br />5. Staff Recommendation.
