We look forward to <br />working with you and the Community to develop a vision for the Golf Course property. Based on our site <br />visit and conversation we have a strong understanding of the basic wants and needs associated with the <br />property. The concept plans and estimate will provide focus and assist with prioritizing and securing <br />funding. <br />Proposed Scope of Services <br />We propose to complete the following Golf Course tasks: <br />0 Create 2-3 Golf Course Conceptual Plans for review with City Staff/Community <br />- Concept plans to include but not limited to the following items: <br />I . Multi -use trail <br />2. Sledding hill/tow rope <br />3. Picnic zone/seasonal tent space <br />4. Fire pit/gathering space <br />5.
