Purpose. To cancel a public hearing set for the Carman Bay Lake Improvement District on June 26, <br />2017 and reschedule it for July 24, 2017, because the DNR has assured us that there review will be <br />complete by then. <br />2. Background. The City Council was requested to set a public hearing on the proposed Lake <br />Improvement District for Carman Bay at the May 22, 2017 City Council meeting. Since that meeting it <br />was learned that the DNR was requiring some additional information for their review and that their <br />review would not be complete in time to hold the required public hearing on June 26, 2017. Therefore the <br />City Council is requested to cancel the public hearing which will be held on July 24, 2017 when the DNR <br />has completed their review of the required infon-nation. Notices for the public hearing were not sent out. <br />Staff Recommendation.
