A RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION TO <br />RACHEL DODGE <br />FOR MORE THAN 16 YEARS OF DEDICATED SERVICE <br />TO THE CITY OF ORONO <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />WHEREAS, Rachel Dodge has served the City of Orono since August 14, 2000 in <br />various capacities, including Deputy Clerk, City Clerk, and Administrative Support Assistant; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, Rachel has been instrumental in the efficient and transparent Municipal, <br />State, and Federal Elections through the years; and <br />WHEREAS, Rachel has demonstrated thorough organizational skills through her years <br />of service to the City of Orono; and <br />WHEREAS, Rachel has eamed both respect and friendship of residents, contractors, as <br />well as co-workers; and <br />WHEREAS, Rachel's years with the City have been marked by a strong commitment to <br />improving internal administrative processes for the City; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the City Council of the City of <br />Orono does hereby express its sincere gratitude and appreciation to Rachel Dodge for her <br />dedicated service to the City, and does commend her for the manner in which she has carried out <br />her duties and responsibilities. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Council does hereby extend to Rachel its <br />best wishes for success in her future endeavors. <br />Adopted by the City Council of Orono, Minnesota at a regular meeting held this 12 th day <br />ofJune,2017. <br />ATTEST: <br />Doug Reeder, Interim City Administrator Dennis Walsh, Mayor <br />
