This affects us one way and may impact our neighbors another
way, we are not asking about serving only our self -interests but desire to have a comprehensive discussion about the
zoning in our neighborhood. The hope is finding a solution all can live with, one that all have been made aware of,
and all be able to comment on.
This newly introduced idea of "spot zoning" is a huge change from the Orono's past zoning principals and is
certainly not coming from the citizens in our neighborhood.
Be transparent, seek public input and put the citizens first!
Steve and Randi Carlson
1185 Arbor Street
952-475-0107
