I only have one comment for City <br />consideration. Surface overflows should be provided in the proposed berms to accommodate <br />extreme events (greater than a 100 year 24 hour event). The elevation of the overflow should be <br />placed at the predicted 100 year high water level, and the overflow should be armored with erosion <br />control blanket from the overflow to the lake to minimize erosion potential.
