This application is regarding variances for a generator. <br />2. MN§15.99 Application Deadline. The application was received and considered to be complete <br />on April 19, 2017. Therefore the 60 -Day review period expires on June 18, 2017. <br />3. Background. The applicant is proposing to construct an approximate 4 foot by 8 foot concrete <br />pad to support the installation of a natural gas fueled generator less than 75 feet from the ordinary <br />high water level where no hardcover or structures are permitted; and within 30 feet of an un- <br />delineated wetland. <br />4. Planning Commission Comment. On May 15, 2017, the Planning Commission held a public <br />hearing and reviewed the application. Following the public hearing the Commission voted 5 to 0 <br />in favor of a motion to approve the variances noting the revised footprint from 3' x 6' as originally <br />proposed. <br />5. Public Comment. No comments from the public were received regarding this application. <br />6. Staff Recommendation.
