FILE # 17-3936 <br />May 15, 2017 <br />Page 3 of 3 <br />Analysis <br />The kitchen is located on a lot that is 16 acres in size, and the maintenance project is located on <br />a parcel 32.95 acres in size. <br />The projects are not expected to be visible from off the property, and are not likely to cause any <br />impacts on adjacent property owners. In terms of the scale of improvements already made, these <br />two projects are minor. <br />The projects add minimal hardcover to the property (1715 sq ft or 0.001% of the intermediate <br />school lot), and zero hardcover with the 150 foot lake yard. The garage space will be 30 feet from <br />an interior property line, as required, though the existing building falls within the setback. <br />Staff finds the projects appropriate given the existing use of the property and minimal <br />neighborhood impacts. <br />Public Comments <br />To date, no public comments have been received. <br />Issues for Consideration <br />1.
