Council <br />Exhibit A <br />CITY OF ORONO 11-1936 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING <br />A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR <br />A MAINTANENCE BUILDING AND AN <br />AFTER -THE -FACT OUTDOOR KITCHEN AND PATIO <br />PER THE PROVISIONS OF <br />ORONO ZONING CODE SECTIONS78-418 and 78-916 <br />AT 685 N. OLD CRYSTAL BAY ROAD <br />FILE NO. 17-3936 <br />WHEREAS, the Orono Public Schools ISD 278, (hereinafter "the Applicant") is <br />Owner of the property located at 685 N. Old Crystal Bay Road within the City of Orono <br />(hereinafter the "City"), identified as Hennepin County PINS 33-118-23-21-0002, legally <br />described as: <br />The south 940 feet of Government Lot 1, Section 33, Township 118, Range 23, <br />Hennepin County, Minnesota, subject to roads (hereinafter the "Property"); and <br />WHEREAS, the Owner has made application to the City of Orono for a <br />Conditional Use Permit (hereinafter "CUP") to allow the construction of a maintenance garage <br />and an outdoor kitchen area; and <br />WHEREAS, within the RR -113 One -family Rural Residential Zoning District in <br />which the Property is located, "Schools, daycare centers, uses accessory to a high school" may be <br />allowed as an Conditional Use, <br />Minnesota: <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono, <br />FINDINGS <br />1. This application was reviewed as Zoning File 17-3936. <br />2. The analysis contained within staff memos and the exhibits attached to the aforesaid <br />memos, all minutes from the above mentioned meetings, and any and all other <br />materials distributed at these meetings are hereby incorporated by reference. <br />3. The Property is zoned RR-lB One -family Rural Residential District requiring a <br />minimum lot area of 2.00 acres and a minimum lot width of 200 feet.
