Council should review the information contained in the Planning <br />Commission packet and minutes, and discuss with the applicants items of note as well as any <br />additional concerns of the Council. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Review the proposed interim use as presented. If Council determines that an 1UP for this site <br />should be granted, direct staff to draft a resolution for consideration. If Council determines that <br />more information is required, table and provide staff and applicant with specific direction.
