Due to cancellation of <br />the April 5 work session, please refer to the attached work session packet for discussion <br />purposes. <br />Note that the contractor for the Hennepin County Wayzata Boulevard improvement project has <br />obtained a permit from MnDOT to use a site at 3 6 5 Old Crystal Bay Road for the recycling <br />operation for Phase 1 (2017-2018) of the highway improvements.
