Purpose. The purpose of this item is to gain Council Approval to accept the quotation for residing the <br />shed at the water treatment plant. <br />2. Background. The shed siding is in a state of decay. The building is in need of general maintenance <br />and a facelift. <br />3. Project Scope. The scope of work includes removal of the old siding, application of new house <br />wrap, new siding and replacement of soffits and trim. <br />4. Cost.
