Edwards Agenda Public Works Director/ <br />Public Work Director/City Engineer Section: City Engineer's Report <br />1. Purpose. The purpose of this action item is to gain Council approval of seasonal employees. <br />2. Background. The hourly pay is proposed to be $10.00-12.00 for the Golf Course Clubhouse <br />Attendants; $ 10 for Golf Course Maintenance Assistants and $11.00 for Parks Maintenance Workers; a <br />pay range of $10.25-15.22 for the Utilities Maintenance Worker; and a pay range of $15.00-$20.00 for the <br />Assistant Superintendent and Clubhouse Manager. The clubhouse manager will be enrolled in the <br />coordinated PERA plan. All other seasonal employees will fall under the 6 month PERA Classification <br />and are therefore excluded from PERA membership. <br />3. Seasonal EmDlovee ADDointments and Candidates. <br />4. Staff Recommendation.
