Special Event Pennit # 16-26 <br />Page 1 of 3 <br />March 30, 2016 <br />Nicholas Miller <br />Long Lake Rowing Crew <br />PO Box 591 <br />Long Lake, MN 55356 <br />RE: Long Lake Rowing Crew: Group Coaching Practices <br />11- Shedff Is COPY I <br />Council <br />Exhibit C <br />This Special Event Permit #16-26 issued by the Sheriff pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 86B.121 <br />is strictly limited to the following activity: <br />Activity: Organized group coaching for Long Lake Rowing Crew rowing practices <br />Where: Long Lake (1310 West Wayzata Boulevard) <br />When: April 2016 through November 2016 <br />Spring and Fall: Monday thru Thursday, & Saturday morning (no Friday or Sunday) afternoon <br />practice, plus 2-3 eve/week, and Saturday mornings. <br />Summer: Morning practices (with above also) <br />Absent the express written consent of the Sheriffs Water Patrol Unit, this permit may not be <br />renewed or extended beyond the date /time indicated above. This permit is valid only if all <br />applicable state statutes, local ordinances, as well as any rules / directives issued orally or in <br />writing by the Sheriff, including the following, are complied with: <br />1) Each individual event staff member must have immediate access to his / her U.S. Coast <br />Guard approved wearable personal floatation device while onboard a designated chase <br />boat. <br />2) Rowing lanes must not block or impede Summit Park beach facilities and access by the <br />public. <br />Initial - <br />I <br />
