Purpose. The purpose of this action item is to gain approval to replace the City's fuel system. <br />2. Background. The system is used to provide access and track of the use of gasoline and <br />diesel fuel for police, public works, and other city vehicles and equipment. The current fuel <br />metering system is obsolete. <br />3. Scope. The project scope is to procure and install a new fuel management system hardware and <br />software; and integrate it with the City's IT system and to provide training to users. <br />4. Cost. Funding. This project will be funded through the Building Fund.
