Permit holder must comply with all rules and regulations of the Minnesota State Statutes and City of Orono <br />Municipal Code. <br />2. Business must be conducted between the hours of 1:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. <br />3. Transient merchant activities are approved initially for 10 days. Provided no problems are reported, 34 <br />additional days of business are approved. <br />4. By acceptance of this permit, the permit holder, on behalf of any and all organizations and private persons, <br />is granted authority to operate under the permit, and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the City of <br />Orono from all claims arising from said activities as set forth on the application received on April 26, 2018. <br />5. The Orono Police Department through its police officers is empowered to revoke this permit at any time for <br />any safety concerns that are not immediately resolved by the permit holder or a representative of the permit <br />holder.
