MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT AFTER IMPLEMENTATION <br />Support is available by email and phone from gam to 4pm EST, from Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays. <br />All below response and resolution times are in business hours. Support page available 24/7. <br />Support according to importance: <br />Si - Urgent - Response:l hour - Resolution: 4 hours <br />S2 - Average - Response time: 4 hours - Resolution: 14 hours <br />S3 - Low - Response: i day - Resolution: 5 days <br />PRICE OF THE PROJECT <br />Implementation fees <br />Implementation fees are $50 per employee onetime.
