MINUTES OF THE <br />ORONO PLANNING COMMISSION <br />MONDAY, MARCH 19, 2018 <br />6:30 o'clock p.m. <br />Nathan VanCamp, Applicant, stated he has nothing further to add to Staff's report and that the neighbors <br />are supportive of the project. <br />Chair Thiesse opened the public hearing at 7:08 p.m. <br />There were no public comments regarding this application. <br />Chair Thiesse closed the public hearing at 7:08 p.m. <br />Landgraver commented the application is pretty straight forward. <br />Leskinen moved, Schwingler seconded, to recommend approval of Application No. LA18-000013, <br />Nathan VanCamp, 601 Minnetonka Highland Lane, granting of a rear yard setback variance per <br />Staff recommendations. VOTE: Ayes 6, Nays 0. <br />
