Purpose. This application is regarding a conditional use permit (CUP) to install full bathroom <br />facilities in an accessory pool building. <br />2. MN§15.99 Application Deadline. The application was received on February 22, 2018; and <br />considered to be complete on March 12th. Therefore the 60 -Day review period expires on May <br />11, 2018. <br />3. Background/ Summary. The owner wishes to install full bathroom facilities in an accessory <br />pool building. The proposed seasonal pool house is permitted, the installation of a bathroom with <br />full bathing facilities requires a CUP. <br />4. Planning Commission Vote and Comment. On March 19th, the Planning Commission held a <br />public hearing. Following the public hearing the Planning Commission voted 6 to 0 on a motion <br />to recommend approval of the CUP with the standard covenants and conditions. <br />5. Public Comment. No comments from the public were received on this application. <br />6. Staff Recommendation.
