MINUTES OF THE <br />ORONO PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING <br />Monday, November 20, 2017 <br />6:30 o'clock p.m. <br />Schoenzeit asked how the size of the lot compares to the rest of the neighborhood. <br />Oakden indicated it is very comparable to the other lots. <br />Landgraver stated the Planning Commission has recommended approval of some improvements to other <br />homes in the area. <br />Schoenzeit moved, Olson seconded, to recommend approval of Application No. LA18-000006, <br />Elevation Homes, 1390 Fox Street, variances based on staff recommendations. <br />VOTE: Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />
