2019 Street Improvements <br />April 16, 2018 <br />Page 2 <br />Detailed Design and Bidding — Once the final scope of the project is determined, Bolton & Menk will <br />prepare detailed plans and specifications for the project. This work will include coordination with private <br />property owners as needed. Upon authorization, the project will be advertised for competitive bids. <br />Bolton & Menk will administer the bidding process and will ultimately make recommendations to the <br />City Council about awarding the project. <br />Fee Estimate <br />Based on the scope of services described above, we propose a not -to -exceed fee of $165,000 to be billed <br />on an hourly basis. A separate proposal for soil borings will be provided to the City for approval.
