315 <br />(3) <br />Address signs. Address identification signs not exceeding four (4) square feet in <br />316 <br />area for each structure or portion of a structure with an assigned address. Any sign display or device allowed under this section may <br />338 contain any otherwise lawful noncommercial message that does not direct <br />339 attention to a business operated for profit, or to a commodity service for sale, and <br />340 that complies with the size, height, and lighting requirements of this Division. <br />341 <br />342 (9) Change of copy. No permit shall be required to change the text of a sign provided <br />343 the sign structure and face is not otherwise enlarged, modified, enhanced or <br />344 altered in any way. <br />345 <br />346 See. 78-1476. - Prohibited Signs. <br />347 <br />The following signs shall be prohibited in all sign districts: <br />348 <br />349 <br />(1) <br />Signs with moving, swinging, revolving, or rotating parts. <br />350 <br />351 <br />(2) <br />Freestanding pole signs. <br />352 <br />353 <br />(3) <br />Roof signs. <br />354 <br />355 <br />(4) <br />Projecting signs. <br />356 <br />357 <br />(5) <br />Noncompliant signs.
