CITY OF ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF AGREEMENT <br />BE IT RESOLVED that Orono Police Department enter into a grant agreement with the <br />Minnesota Department of Public Safety, for traffic safety enforcement projects during the period <br />from October 1, 2018 through September 30, 2019. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Chief Correy Farniok is hereby authorized to <br />execute such agreements and amendments as are necessary to implement the project on behalf of <br />the Orono Police Department and to be the fiscal agent and administer the grant. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota, at a regular meeting held <br />September 24, 2018. <br />ATTEST: <br />Anna Carlson, City Clerk Dennis Walsh, Mayor <br />
