Planning Commission Vote and Comment. In June, the Planning Commission opened a <br />discussion and the public hearing for this text amendment. It was discussed and the public hearing <br />was continued at each of the subsequent Planning Commission meetings. At the October meeting <br />the Commission reviewed and discussed the draft ordinance provided by Staff. The Planning <br />Commission voted 7 to 0 on a motion to approved the proposed ordinance <br /> <br />4. Public Comment. No comments from the public were received during the public hearings. <br /> <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED. <br />Council should review the draft Ordinance and provide feedback.
