<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />CITY OF ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />NO. ________________________ <br /> <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br />driveways and stormwater management facility construction, and the applicant shall <br />provide to the City a financial guarantee of 150% of the improvement costs. <br /> <br />13) The City Clerk shall release the plat documents for filing only upon certification by the City <br />Attorney, Community Development Director and City Engineer that all requirements of the <br />platting regulations have been satisfied. <br /> <br />14) The aforesaid plat shall be filed by the City of Orono with Hennepin County on or before May <br />26, 2019, together with a certified original copy of this resolution and executed copies of the <br />easements and covenants pertinent thereto. <br /> <br />15) No building permit shall be issued until all fees paid, and all documents recorded. <br /> <br />16) Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms and conditions of this resolution may <br />result in the termination of any authority granted herein. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Orono City Council on this 26th day of November, 2018. <br /> <br />ATTEST: CITY OF ORONO: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />_______________________________ ________________________________ <br />Anna Carlson, City Clerk Dennis Walsh, Mayor
