Box 66 <br />Orono, MN 55323 <br /> <br />RE: 2019 Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation Project <br /> <br />Dear Adam: <br /> <br />As requested, we have prepared a fee estimate for engineering services related to the 2019 Sanitary Sewer <br />Rehabilitation Project. Based on our understanding of the project, the scope of the project will include <br />sewer lining, manhole sealing and repairs, and top hats on private service lines within the project area. <br /> <br />Our scope of services for this project will include the following: <br /> <br />• Preparation of Plans and Specifications based on aerial photos and City record plan information <br />• Notification to affected property owners prior to bidding <br />• Bidding assistance and award recommendations <br /> <br />Based on the above-mentioned scope of work, we propose and hourly, not-to-exceed fee of $18,500. <br />Upon request, a fee estimate for construction related services will be provided prior to awarding the <br />project. <br /> <br />Please contact me if you have questions or need additional information. <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br />Bolton & Menk, Inc. <br /> <br /> <br />David P.
