Narrows LLC operates the <br />Narrows saloon and is in the process of opening up the Lakeroom. A steakhouse type restaurant. <br />In 2000, the City has issued a Conditional Use Permit for a Class II Restaurant (a restaurant <br />providing liquor and live entertainment (The Narrows). <br /> <br />In 2013, the city issued a CUP (via resolution 6353) to permit the creation of a new Class II <br />restaurant, (the Lake Room). A secondary request is <br />to adopt a new Conditional Use Permit to consolidate the conditions imposed previously. <br />Staff Recommendation: Planning Department Staff recommends approval of the Conditional <br />Use Permit.
