The property is subject to the sign ordinance for temporary and permanent signs. No signs <br />can be located on or outside the building without receiving a permit from the City of <br />Orono. <br /> <br />9. The sale of intoxicating liquor requires the business have a valid liquor license with the <br />City of Orono. The liquor license shall reflect outdoor service on the patios. <br /> <br />10. Dumpster enclosure. Dumpster enclosure may be moved to the location permitted by City Council <br />on City property. Dumpster enclosure shall be constructed and approved prior to relocating the <br />dumpster from the subject property, subject to a maintenance agreement agreed to by the City <br />Council. <br /> <br />11. The maximum area for a stage and or live entertainment production shall not exceed 15 feet by 12 <br />feet. The maximum area to receive live entertainment shall not exceed 60’ 2-3/8” by 50’ 5-7/8th” <br />inclusive of bar and stage area. An expansion of one or both of these parameters shall require an <br />amendment to the Conditional Use Permit. <br /> <br />12. Authorities granted by this resolution are permissive only and must be exercised by <br />opening the restaurant within 6 months of the date of Council approval or this conditional <br />use permit will expire on that date (September 11, 2019). <br /> <br />13. Any amendments to the plans which are not in conformity with City codes may require further <br />Planning Commission and City Council review. <br /> <br />14.
