<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />CITY OF ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />NO. ________________________ <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />CITY OF ORONO <br />HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE ORONO SURFACE WATER MANAGEMENT <br />PLAN <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono has developed a Surface Water Management Plan <br />(SWMP) that meet content requirements of Minnesota Statutes §103B.235, Minnesota Rules <br />8410.0160. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The SWMP was coordinated with and approved by the Minnehaha Creek <br />Watershed District (MCWD) in accordance with their Watershed management plan (WMP); <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The SWMP was developed in conjunction with and City’s 2040 <br />Community Management plan and was reviewed by the Metropolitan Council; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that The City of Orono herby adopts the the <br />Orono Surface Water Management Plan. <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota, at a regular meeting held April <br />22nd, 2019. <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />________________________________ _____________________________________ <br />Anna Carlson, City Clerk Dennis Walsh, Mayor <br />
