We will bill in quarter <br /> hour increments. The time you are billed for will include loading and travel time. We would <br /> anticipate approximately $65,000 $75,000 would be involved in providing the demolition work, <br /> redecking work, as well as replacement of the flat roof areas and all copper sheet metal work. This <br /> price will include all coordination involved in Builders Insulation Company and Garlock-French <br /> Roofing as well. <br /> Note: <br /> After the roofing and decking have been removed, we will inspect the structural support of the building <br /> n additional repairs necessary.
