There does not appear to be <br /> enough lakeshore width to subdivide the property into two confirming lakeshore lots(regarding both area and lakeshore <br /> width). <br /> Further City Code Section 78-1370 dictates standards for creating front lot/back lot subdivisions. The access for this <br /> property is via a driveway existing in an easement over private property.
