However, your lot is considered as <br /> part of the Rural Service Area, and was never assessed for <br /> the cost of the 197371 sewer project which serves Tonkawa <br /> :toad. <br /> Before we can issue a permit for you to connect to the sewer, <br /> you must request in writing that the City Council allow the <br /> connection. If approved, the Council would determine the <br /> assessment amount to be paid. In addition to the assessment, <br /> the City would require a $425.00 Sewer Availability Charge <br /> and a $20.50 permit fee. <br /> I would recommend that if you plan to proceed with .the con- <br /> nection that you make your request in writing, to my attention, <br /> as soon as possible. The alternative would be permanent <br /> repair of your septic system.
