After a <br /> cursory review of the plans submitted, the following is required to proceed with the project and our review <br /> process: <br /> • Building Permit Application. Please submit a completed building permit application (copy attached) <br /> and all the required submittals <br /> • Survey. <br /> o Provide an updated survey showing existing and proposed topography which coordinate with <br /> the submitted construction plans. Please show top and bottom elevations for all walls. <br /> o Additionally, as this is a unique design the survey should distinguish between the foundation for <br /> the house/basement and the terrace above. In short, please identify where the house begins <br /> and ends. <br /> • Construction Plans. We currently have a full size set of construction plans; please submit a copy <br /> 11"x17" or smaller if possible. Note: If the plans change, we require 2 updated full size sets and also a <br /> reduced copy. <br /> • Escrow. Once we receive the new building permit and it's been assigned a number, I will prepare an <br /> updated escrow agreement to include the current project and the new terrace/deck project. No <br /> additional money will need to be submitted.
