Inclusion on the plat of Drainage, and Drainage and Utility Easements as required in <br /> Resolution No. 5743. <br /> WHEREAS, the Subdivider has agreed to complete the following requirements of <br /> the platting regulations of the City: <br /> 1. Provision to the City of an updated title insurance commitment for the Property and <br /> certified copies of any easements currently affecting the Property recorded after September <br /> 21, 2008. <br /> 2. Execution of a Flowage and Conservation Easement and Restrictive Covenant and <br /> Wetland Buffer for the wetland and wetland buffer within. <br /> 3. Execution of a restrictive covenant for protection of drainfield sites for both lots and an <br /> agreement for replacement of septic system on Lot 1. <br /> 4. Execution of a covenant prohibiting access to Lot 2 from Sixth Avenue North (County <br /> Road 6). <br /> 5. Payment of a park dedication fee for one lot, based on the fee schedule in effect at the time <br /> of the filing of the plat. <br /> 6. Payment of a Storm Water Trunk and Drainage fee for the entire plat, based on the fee <br /> schedule in effect at the time of the filing of the plat. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that based on the findings of <br /> Resolution No. 5743. the City Council of the City of Orono does hereby approve the plat of <br /> Wvndmere 2nd Addition, Hennepin County. Minnesota, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit <br /> A, subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1. The City Clerk shall release the plat documents for filing only upon certification by the City <br /> Attorney, City Planner and City Engineer that all requirements of the platting regulations <br /> have been satisfied. <br /> Page 2 of 3 <br />
