Hoppe <br /> (hereinafter the "Subdivider") for subdivision of property located at 1150 Wyndmere Road and <br /> legally described as: Lot 1 Block 1, Wyndmere, Hennepin County, Minnesota (hereinafter "the <br /> Property"); and <br /> WHEREAS, on April 14, 2008. the City Council adopted Resolution No. 5743 <br /> granting preliminary plat approval of Wyndmere 2nd Addition; and <br /> WHEREAS, on October 13, 2008, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 5777 <br /> granting final plat approval of Wyndmere 2nd Addition; and <br /> WHEREAS, the approval granted by Resolution No. 5777 was valid through April <br /> 13, 2009; and <br /> WHEREAS,the Subdivider has made application for renewal of this approval: and <br /> WHEREAS, the Subdivider has completed the following requirements of the <br /> platting regulations of the City: <br /> 1. Payment to the City of final plat review fees and legal review and filing fees. <br /> 2. Provision to the City of a title insurance commitment for the Property and certified copies <br /> of all recorded easements currently affecting the Property. <br /> Page 1 of 3 <br />
