Judge Alton ordered Mr. Barth to remove all construction <br /> materials and rubbish by July 25, 2011. A Morrissey/Revocation hearing is scheduled for July <br /> 29, 2011 at 8:15 a.m. Elliott is requesting that City staff attend this hearing. Our office will <br /> need pictures of the property on July 27, 2011 and July 28, 2011.
