ORONO COUNCIL MEETING HELD JANUARY 14, 1991 <br />It was moved by Goetten, seconded by Mayor Peterson, to <br />amend the Personnel rules to increase the maximum vacation <br />carryover to 120 hours and schedule as outlined in Attachment B <br />as corrected. Motion carried. <br />1990 POLICE SUPERVISORS AGREEMENT* <br />It was moved by Callahan, seconded by Goetten, to approve <br />the 1990 Labor Agreement with the Police Supervisors. Motion, <br />Ayes -4, Nays -0. Motion passed. <br />1991 SALARY SCHEDULE* <br />It was moved by Callahan, seconded by Goetten, to adopt <br />Attachment A as the 1991 schedule update to the City's <br />:compensation Program. Motion, Ayes -4, Nays -0. Motion passed. <br />1991 BOARD OF REVIEW DATE* <br />It was moved by Callahan, seconded by Goetten, to establish <br />Tuesday; April 30, 1991 at 7:00 p.m. as the date and time for the <br />1991 Board of Review.. Motion, Ayes -4, Nays -0. Motion passed. <br />CANINE PROGRAM REVIEW* <br />It was moved by Callahan, seconded by Goetten, to accept the <br />information presented by Chien Kilbo regarding the Canin3 Program <br />activity for 1990. Motion passed. <br />MONITORING WELL - NAVARRE PARKING LOT* <br />It was moved by Callahan, seconded by Goetten, to approve <br />the placing of a monitoring well or wells in the Navarre Parking <br />Lot on City property, and to authorize the City Administrator to <br />sign the agreement between the City of Orono and Dahl and <br />Associates, contingent upon their reimbursement to the City for <br />the legal fees incurred tip to but not exceeding $1,077.40. <br />Motion, Ayes -4, Nays -0.
