Ayes 4, nays 0.' <br />( * #14) ORDINANCE AMENDMENT TO ALLOW PARTIAL PRE - PAYMENT OF <br />ASSESSMENTS - ORDINANCE #107, SECOND SERIES <br />Butler.asked that the ordinance clarify when the interest accrued <br />is to begin. <br />It was moved by Butler, seconded by Callahan, to adopt Ordinance <br />#107, Second Series, -permitting partial pre - payment of special <br />assessment for Stubbs Bay sewer project #13937, as amended. Ayes <br />4, nays 0.. <br />( #15) APPLICATION OF CERTIFICATE OF PAYMENT #5 <br />It was moved by Butler, seconded by Jabbour, to approve City Hall <br />and Public Works Buildings Architect's application and certificate <br />for Payment #5 as follows: <br />Kraus - Anderson Construction Co. $21,853.18 <br />Steenburg- Watrud Construction Co. 27,000.00 <br />Gephart Electric 22,311.00 <br />Molin Concrete 6,331.00 <br />G.resser Concrete /Masonry 29,609.10 <br />Allied Mechanical 12,347.00 <br />Ayes 4, nays 0. <br />Jabbour asked when they would be given the final cost of the <br />project. <br />Moorse said they have not been given this information to date as <br />the General Contractor is continually trying to find ways to reduce <br />the amount. <br />12 <br />
