MINUTES OF THE - REGULAR ORONO COUNCIL MEETING HELD MARCH 23, 1992 <br />PRESENTATION BY FRANK HORNSTEIN - CONT. <br />It was moved by Jabbour, seconded by Goetten, to reconsider Resolution <br />#3091 in support of the ash asphalt road project. Ayes 2, nays 2. <br />( #24a) A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING VOTING <br />PRECINCT LINES IN THE CITY - <br />RESOLUTION #3102 <br />It was moved by Mayor Peterson, seconded by Callahan, to approve <br />Resolution #3102 that the existing precinct lines should not be <br />changed. Ayes 4, nays 0. <br />CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT <br />Barrett suggested that he defer his report. <br />( #25) LICENSES <br />Goetten expressed her concern regarding trapping beaver and made <br />reference to a phone call from Mr. Blankenship who has been sustaining <br />damage to his property from beavers. Goetten said she could not <br />support trapping beaver. <br />It was moved by Jabbour, seconded by Mayor Peterson, to approve the <br />limited trapping permit to trap beaver for Bradford Blankenship, 2605 <br />West Lafayette Rd. Also he wants Orono represented at the LMLOA meetings. <br />( * #26) BILLS <br />It was moved by Callahan, seconded by Mayor Peterson, to approve <br />payment of the All Funds Account.
