Ayes 4, nays 0. <br />( #12) PAY REQUEST #3 HIGHWAY 12 FRONTAGE ROAD SEWER AND WATER <br />It was moved by Butler, seconded by Jabbour, to authorize Pay <br />Request #3 to B & D Underground, Inc. in the amount of $38,897.87 <br />for trunk Highway 12 frontage road sewer, water and street <br />improvements. Ayes 4, nays 0. <br />Mayor Peterson asked if the price of the job will continue to go <br />up. <br />Cook explained this job did have an increase, but it was just one <br />time. <br />( #13) PAY REQUEST #3 & FINAL - LIFT STATION 11 RENOVATION <br />It was moved by Butler, seconded by Mayor-Peterson, to authorize <br />Pay Request #3 %as the final pay request to Northwest Mechanical <br />and Page Electric -in the amount of $2,400.00 for renovation of <br />Lift Station #11. Ayes 4, nays 0.
